The brief

Hello Baby Box came to us as a young direct-to-consumer baby brand with a strong product but no clear digital identity, a basic Shopify store, and inconsistent marketing. The founders needed a partner who could turn the brand into a recognizable presence — not just run ads, but build the entire commercial engine around it.

The approach

We started with the Shopify experience: a quieter, more confident store design that lets product photography and parent-focused copy carry the brand. We then layered on a sustained content program — monthly editorial photography, a recognizable social grid, and performance creative that runs continuously across Meta. Every asset reinforces the same calm, considered tone.
